Keller Williams Realty has partnered with Rejig.AI to provide its agents with an AI-powered marketing assistant

Keller Williams Realty announced a partnership with Rejig.AI on Monday. The collaboration provides KW-affiliated agents with an AI-powered marketing assistant to automate hyperlocal listing and social media content, a strategic move that complements the data-driven insights available on our stats pages for tracking market performance.

According to the announcement from HousingWire, agents retain control over what gets published. The integration extends the open technology strategy KW unveiled in February for its Command smart CRM platform, which is designed to work seamlessly with external tools much like our integrated fixtures and standings trackers provide a cohesive operational view.

How the AI tool works

Through the collaboration, agents can use Rejig.AI to generate agent-branded posts, videos, and market reports. Content is automatically created when a listing hits the MLS, but agents must approve it before publishing.

The tool allows agents to manage social media channels and generate content throughout a listing's lifecycle. This includes phases like 'coming soon,' 'just listed,' 'open house,' 'under contract,' and 'just sold.'

Rejig.AI reports that agents can save more than 10 hours per week on social media activities. For time-constrained agents, those hours can be redirected to lead generation, showings, and transaction management, allowing them to focus on core activities similar to how a team manages its squad and monitors injuries to optimize performance.

The strategic context

Chris Cox, chief technology and digital officer at KW, explained the rationale. He said in the release that the company is focused on giving KW entrepreneurs every advantage to maximize their opportunities, and that Rejig.AI helps agents create relevant, hyperlocal marketing at scale while giving them back valuable time.

The integration arrives as brokerages race to embed generative AI into their technology stacks. The focus is particularly strong around CRM, listing marketing, and social media functions.

Consistent online visibility has become a core prospecting channel for agents. More buyers and sellers now begin their searches on portals, social platforms, and search engines.

Addressing agent challenges

Matthew Maier, co-founder of Rejig.AI, identified a key pain point. He said real estate agents know they need to consistently market themselves and their listings, but creating that content takes time. The collaboration aims to bring AI-powered marketing directly to KW entrepreneurs.

Maier emphasized that the tool does the heavy lifting behind the scenes. It also keeps agents in control of their brand and published content.

The tool generates various marketing materials. These include reels, print flyers, and AI-narrated video walkthroughs. This automation may prove especially valuable in slower, low-inventory markets where every opportunity matters.

KW's open technology strategy, announced earlier this year, aimed to make its Command platform more integration-ready for outside partners. The Rejig.AI partnership represents a concrete implementation of that strategy.
